FTIR provides structural information of molecules. Our FTIR is capable of producing higher resolution infrared spectra of solid, liquid or gaseous samples. In addition, several IR spectrometers are available in the organic chemistry laboratory.
Using computational chemistry to study proton conduction in a variety of materials is key to Maria Gomez's work.
