The program is meant to complement a major in any field by providing a number of methodologies for dealing flexibly with the issues graduates will face either in their careers or in further study. Courses within the program explore how the interplay of societal, organizational, and individual forces shape the national and global communities.
The Complex Organizations Minor
A minor in complex organizations consists of a minimum of 16 credits (four courses) at the 200 and 300 levels. For details about required courses, see the Complex Organizations chapter of the catalog. We also strongly encourage students to complete an internship.
