This is my fifth year teaching intermediate French at Mount Holyoke. I came here through an exchange program with the University Paul Valéry – Montpellier III, France, where I received a Masters degree in languages, literatures, and cultures of Anglophone countries. Born in Lebanon, I moved to France to pursue my studies and lived there for five years alternating between Montpellier, Lyon, and Nice. I am currently enrolled in a PhD program in comparative literature at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Teaching is my vocation, and French is my favorite language! I hope to be able to make my students as passionate about France as I am!
