Double Major Biology and Italian (Pre-med)
Why I am studying Italian: Coming from a multicultural family, I've always been interested in the different cultures that make up my being. Since I was little I took particular interest in my Italian roots and I fell in love with the culture and language. I loved learning the sounds of the Italian alphabet, most often hearing them in the context of culinary vocabulary and food (another love of mine). My ultimate goal would be to combine my studies of Pre-medicine and work at an American hospital in Italy. Studying Italian at Mount Holyoke is amazing. The faculty is scrumptious and friendly, it's like being amongst family.
