Women's College Exchange Application

Mills College

Students may apply to study for a semester on exchange at Mills College, a distinguished college for women in Oakland, California. Mount Holyoke students who are approved to participate in the exchange pay tuition and fees to Mills College.  Please note: Federal Financial Aid can be applied but Mount Holyoke aid cannot. Contact Student Financial Services for additional information.

To apply, submit the Women's College Exchange Application, a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in your major, and resume to the Office of Academic Deans.  Deadlines are September 15 (for spring semester) and February 1 (for fall). Mills College has a limited number of visiting student spaces available, so strictly adhering to the deadlines is suggested.

Spelman College

Students may apply to study for a semester on exchange at Spelman College, the premiere historically black women's college in Atlanta, Georgia.  Students should be in their junior or senior year while participating in the exchange and must have a minimum gpa of 3.0. Mount Holyoke students who are approved to participate in the exchange will pay tuition and fees directly to Spelman. Please note: Federal Financial Aid can be applied but Mount Holyoke aid cannot. Contact Student Financial Services for additional information.

To apply, submit the Women's College Exchange Application, a resume, and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in your major, to the Office of Academic Deans.
