Diversity Outreach Fellow
Ashlee Jones, class of 2020, is an Anthropology major and Entrepreneurship, Organizations and Society minor from Miami, Florida. She is currently pursuing a career in marketing and consultation. She hopes to one day open her own consulting company to help facilitate community and acceptance for an increasingly diverse population in institutions. Committed to her belief in diversity, she has completed the Breakthrough teaching fellowship which aims to increase academic opportunities for highly motivated, underserved students.
On campus, Ashlee is the Vice President of the French Club, a member of the Association of Pan-Africa Unity, and a Posse Scholar. Outside of her major, she studies French and Africana studies, often looking at how the French language has shaped Francophone countries such as Senegal and Togo. In her free time, she enjoys swimming at the Kendall gym, stargazing on the Mandelle’s hill, and exploring new local restaurants with her friends.
