Joselyn Urena, Class of 2013 is a Sociology major and an Africana Studies minor who spent the spring of 2012 studying abroad in Brazil. Joselyn is a member of the Association of Pan-African Unity (APAU) and La Unidad, and serves as a Community Based Learning Fellow and a Jump Start Intern. Joselyn has also worked at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as an Investigative Intern and with the Children of Promise Camp in New York City. Joselyn notes that “One thing I love about MHC is the strong commitment to service and volunteering in different inner-city communities, and the great networking and amazing resources that are provided for students.”
