Robyn Spateholts, Class of 2013 is a Religion major and a South Asian Studies minor who spent the spring of 2012 doing the SIT New Delhi program in India. She is currently working on a thesis entitled “Use of the Discourses of Human Rights and Feminism in Female Ordination Movements: Buddhist Sri Lanka / Tibet, Catholic America.” Robyn is involved with Project: Theatre on the Mount Holyoke campus, and has worked with Shakespeare & Company and the Mac-Haydn Theatre.  When she’s not studying or performing, you can catch her dancing, doing mime, playing the ukulele, or scoping Al Jazeera for information about the goings-on in the world. Robyn says that “Mount Holyoke has helped me to become the person I wanted to be: compassionate, articulate, and engaged.”
