The Student Ambassador program gives current students a chance to go back to their high schools as representatives of Mount Holyoke. It is a great way to catch up with teachers, counselors and peers from high school and to talk about your experience at the College.
Student Ambassadors are also a great help for us in Admission, because current students are the best representatives of the College. You know what it’s like here day to day, taking classes, doing research, and living on campus. You will be able to provide the authentic voice prospective students are seeking.
In order to become a Student Ambassador, you will need to come to a one-hour training session so that you have all of the tools necessary for a successful visit. There will be two training sessions in the fall and two in the spring, so choose the one that best fits your schedule.
2014 Fall Dates:
2014 Spring Dates:
Thursday, March 27, 4:15 - 5:15pm
Wednesday, April 23, 4:15 - 5:15pm
Following a training session, you will be able to schedule your visit with your high school’s Guidance Department. At your visit you will most likely speak to your counselor or a group of students about Mount Holyoke. Afterwards, you will let us know how things went by filling out a form we’ll provide for you at the training session.
