Look at more than just the pricetag: A Mount Holyoke education is more affordable than you think!
MyinTuition and RaiseMe are two powerful tools that help prospective students and families anticipate college costs and estimate eligibility for both need- and merit-based scholarships at Mount Holyoke.
MyinTuition is a quick cost estimator that can help families understand their eligibility for need-based aid at Mount Holyoke. With three minutes and the answers to six basic financial questions, families can get an early estimate of the amount they’d need to contribute toward one year of attendance.
Through the College’s partnership with RaiseMe, prospective first-year students can begin earning micro-scholarships toward a Mount Holyoke education as early as 9th grade! No essays to write – these awards are based on the achievements of any highly qualified college-bound student, from tackling rigorous coursework and participating in extracurricular activities to visiting campus and completing an interview. We think it’s an excellent way for students to get a clearer picture of what Mount Holyoke’s merit-based commitment to them might look like if admitted. (Note that RaiseMe is currently only applicable to domestic students, and that microscholarships earned will be reflected in, rather than added to, an admitted student’s award. Like all Mount Holyoke merit awards, microscholarship earnings are applicable to on-campus study only.)
