The motor vehicle fleet is managed by the Fleet Vehicle Committee and is overseen by the Director of Auxiliary Services. Scheduling is the responsibility of the Fleet Coordinator.
Vehicle maintenance and safety inspections are the responsibility of the Facilities Management Department in conjunction with the Fleet Coordinator.
Vehicle safety is the responsibility of every driver. All drivers of the fleet vehicles are expected to follow the rules and procedures established by the Fleet Committee and to abide by all campus regulations and all local, state and federal laws.
The Fleet consists of the following vehicles:
- 3 five-passenger sedans
- 2 seven-passenger vans
- 2 twelve-passenger vans
- two mini-buses
- one full size bus
To make a reservation, contact the Fleet Office at x2826 Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm.
**Keep in mind that usage is highest on weekends and during weekday evenings. Groups needing vehicles should make reservations early, especially for weekend reservations.
