Fleet Handbook

The motor vehicle fleet is managed by the Fleet Coordinator.

Vehicle maintenance and safety inspections are the responsibility of the Facilities Management Department in conjunction with the Fleet Coordinator.

Vehicle safety is the responsibility of every driver. All drivers of the fleet vehicles are expected to follow the rules and procedures established by Five College Risk Management and to abide by all campus regulations and all local, state and federal laws.

The Fleet consists of the following vehicles:

  • 1 five-passenger sedan
  • 2 seven-passenger vans
  • 4 twelve-passenger vans
  • 1 mini-bus
  • 1 full size bus

To make a reservation, contact the Fleet Office at x2826 Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm and on the summer 8:30am - 4:00pm.

*Keep in mind that usage is highest on weekends and during weekday evenings. Groups needing vehicles should make reservations early, especially for weekend reservations.
