Auxiliary Services provides U.S. Postal and private carrier shipping services to the Mount Holyoke College administrative departments which include receipt and delivery of U.S. Mail, Five College courier mail, and bulk mailing services.
Auxiliary Services also provides for both the academic and co-curricular mailing needs of the students. Auxiliary Services handles all incoming and outbound mail for students including first-class mail, periodicals, bulk mail, Five-College mail, parcels and overnight mail.
New for 2016-2017
Beginning May 30, all students will pick up their mail and packages at Auxiliary Services located in the Central Services Complex on Lower Lake Road. Students will receive an email when a letter or package arrives at the college for them. Your MHC OneCard is required to pick up your mail.
All students should use the new mail address format:

Please do not use your old Blanchard Campus Center address.
Postage stamps may be purchased at Auxiliary Services. Auxiliary Services accepts cash, check, and Pioneer Onecard for purchases.
- Auxiliary Services is located on the ground floor of the Central Services Complex on Lower Lake Road.
- The South Hadley, MA branch of the U.S. Postal Service is located on the corner of Route 116 and Route 47 across from Park Street and is next to the Village Commons. It is within easy walking distance; see the MHC interactive campus map.
