Reporting Problems

If you are having difficulties using your card, please call or email Auxiliary Services; supply specific information on the problem.

Please include the following with your report:

  • Your card number and name so that we can investigate
  • Location of the device
  • Time it occurred
  • Problem you are encountering

Automatic Deposit Machines

When using an Automatic Deposit machine to do cash deposits, make sure you follow all directions on the machine; especially swiping your card first.
