Posting a Job
Mount Holyoke College uses the student employment database JobX. You can easily post available jobs into the database and students can search and apply for your positions.
On Campus Supervisor’s Association
The CDC provides resources and support for on-campus supervisors in meetings held once per semester while classes are in session. In these meetings, we give updates on student employment policies, discuss changes in JobX, and provides valuable information presented by guest speakers from departments such as Financial Services, Dining Services, and Health Services (to name a few). We strongly encourage all on-campus supervisors to attend.

The Virtual Student Job Fair
The Virtual Student Job Fair usually takes place the third week in March. The purpose of the fair is to encourage students and employers to line up their jobs for the upcoming summer and academic year. Please have your open positions posted in JobX before the fair takes place, as students are actively seeking upcoming employment at this time.
Student Employment Week
Student Employment Week takes place the first full week of April on campuses across the country. This is a fantastic time to thank your students for the contributions they make as employees at Mount Holyoke College. Show your appreciation by writing thank you letters, bringing in snacks, giving them flowers, etc.
Contact Janice Kane, Coordinator of Student Employment, with questions.
