Each year the class boards host several fundraisers to help support class events and traditions. These fundraisers typically include special occasion delivery of cakes and cookies (Sophomores), mhc/class spirit gear (Juniors), final exam care packages (Seniors). Typically they are offered as services to all members of the community.
Cakes and Cookies
The Sophomore Class of Mount Holyoke runs a fundraiser each year, managing the sales and delivery of delicious cakes and jumbo cookies baked by our Dining Services Bakery. Relatives and friends of Mount Holyoke can order the baked goodies to help celebrate a student's birthday or other occasion, a floor event, an after hours department meeting, etc... The options include both traditional cakes as well as large (14-inch) cookies, with a custom iced message on top.
These specialty baked items are delivered by Sophomores in the evening of the designated delivery date. Deliveries typically begin on the first Monday of classes and will only be made during the regular academic year (not during breaks or January Intersession). The Cakes and Cookies Order Form and a check for payment needs to be mailed to and received by the Sophomore Class Treasurer two weeks in advance. Earlier placement of orders is appreciated.
Final Exams Care Packages
The Senior Class of Mount Holyoke runs a fundraiser each year selling care packages to family and friends of MHC students during finals in the fall and spring. Help your student get through their finals week with either a care package full of local goodies or classic favorites.
The Senior Class Board will be hand assembling and hand delivering the care packages to your student's residence hall during their hardest week of the semester. Order here to let them know you're thinking about them while they spend 20 hours a day in the library!
For mailed in forms, checks must be made payable to "MHC Class of 2017" must be received by November 27th.
Send payment to 2017 Class Board, 50 College St., Box # 9118, South Hadley, MA 01075.
