The Baccalaureate ceremony, held in Abbey Chapel, is a celebration that honors members of the graduating class. It is held on Saturday night, May 16, 2015 at 9:00pm. Speakers will include the President, the Dean of the College, two seniors, and two faculty members selected by the graduating class. This traditional ceremony is geared to our seniors and holds deep meaning for them. They are given a final charge and hear from their selected faculty and fellow classmates. Please note: Abbey Chapel will only accommodate the graduating seniors. All family members and guests can view a live telecast of the ceremony from several locations on campus. Seating is open and no tickets are needed at the designated locations.
Each senior will receive 3 guest tickets for the Commencement ceremony held on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 10:30am in the outdoor Amphitheater. Only guests with tickets will be admitted into the Amphitheater. For family members/guests without tickets, the ceremony will be telecast on a large screen near Porter Hall, in Blanchard Campus Center and in Hooker Auditorium. The Campus Center is air-conditioned for those family members or guests who may not tolerate the warmer weather or rain.
For those families who need to request handicapped or specially arranged seating, please see the Special Seating/Request form.
Location: Blanchard vendor table
