Event Edits
For changes to live events on the events calendar or website events listing (ie. title, description or time change), please email events-calendar@mtholyoke.edu. This includes events that are displayed on department pages within the Mount Holyoke website.

Adding a new event to the events calendar
Please follow the steps to submit an event to the events calendar.
Editing an existing event on the events calendar
No form is required to request changes to events that are already displayed on the events calendar or in website event listings. To make changes to events such as title, description, registration link or time change, simply email events-calendar@mtholyoke.edu. This includes changes to events that are displayed on department pages within the Mount Holyoke website, as they are pulled from the events calendar.
Note: You do not need to send in a change for a room that has been changed by event services. The room reservation system will update the calendar and all website event listings automatically, and the change will be reflected on the calendar and website listings the next business day (same day for same day changes).
