Event Services is your one-stop-shop for:
- set-up and clean-up
- equipment delivery
- calendar postings
- heating/air conditioning
- building and room access
There is no need to contact all of the service departments separately, just let Event Services know what you need.
Note: students should follow the Student Events process.
Once you have reserved a campus space for your event, send an email to Event Services with your service needs.
We need enough lead time to process your request and secure the necessary services for your event. If your event is less than 14 business days away, campus service departments may not have enough time to provide the services that you need.
