The actual exam will be distributed in class on Wednesday and will be due by 4:00 on Thursday afternoon. March 10, 2004: Because of a department meeting this afternoon, my office hours will be delayed. Office hours today will be 4:30 - 6:00. Homework will be due today at 6:00, instead of the usual 4:30. There are some more solids-of-revolution problems in Practice Exam #3 and Hour Exam #3 from the Fall 2002 incarnation of this course. January 26, 2004: The textbook for the course is James Stewart, Single Variable Calculus: Early Transcendentals fifth edition, 2003. There are plenty of copies at the Odyssey, both new and used. Since this book was used in most of the Calc I sections last semester, you might be able to get a used copy from another student.
