They are genetically different to a point. But you also have to consider the group of people who identify themselves as transgendered....and there are also cases where babies are born with either both genitalia, or look completely like one sex apperance wise, but have the sexual organs of the other. there are a whole lot of differences out there, weather you want to accept them or not and just because it's not as widely known as say, race, many differences still exist in the category of gender and sex....it's not just black and white here.
