I do agree with you in the respects that the governement does tend to favor the neoclassical theory. But I don't think that it's meant for them to stay on top. ANd if that were the case in any event, we could always use and manipulate the system to work for us. AS we have done many times in the past. It's just a matter of angles and how to get through them.
