Here are some links to various sites that may be useful in learning more about the Philosophers being discussed and looked at in this course. As I mentioned in the readings section, the central focus of the course is on interpreting the primary texts, so don't spend too much time on these. Also, please remember that anyone can publish a web page; therefore you should remember to think twice about the reliability of information on the web.

 The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophers is an excellent resource for learning more about specific philosophers.

In general, since the web has no "quality controls," you need to check up on information you find there.
