Access to Campus Events and Facilities

Alumnae Association Travel Program.  Emeriti are eligible to participate in the Mount Holyoke Travel Program, sponsored by the Alumnae Association.  Several trips are arranged each year.

Art Museum.  Emeriti faculty are eligible to receive complementary bi-annual Art Museum newsletters as well as invitations to exhibition openings and receptions. If you are not already on the mailing list and would like to be, please send your contact information via email to the Art Museum. With advanced arrangements, emeriti are also eligible to use the resources of the Art Museum for research and teaching on campus.

Athletic Facilities.  Emeriti receive the same, free access to Kendall Sports Complex as current employees.  Spouses and partners of emeriti faculty can join Kendall for an annual fee of $150 from time of purchase.

Dance Performances.  Emeriti are eligible for two complimentary tickets per Dance performance—non-transferable.  Tickets can be reserved two weeks prior to the event.  Call 413-538-2848 and leave a message, or email the reservation office.  Don't forget to identify yourself as an emeriti faculty member.

Rooke Theatre.  Emeriti are eligible for two complimentary tickets per Theatre performance—non-transferable. Contact the Theatre Box Office at 413-538-2406 or via email. Don't forget to identify yourself as an emeriti faculty member.

Willits-Hallowell Center.  Emeriti continue to have full use of the facilities at the Willits-Hallowell Center.  Willits can be reserved for hotel accommodations, brunch and luncheons as offered, or for private functions in their meeting and dining rooms.
