Prospect Dining Hall's location gives students the option of seasonal outdoor dining on lower lake. In addition to our regular menu, Prospect, the ever popular student favorite, features a "culinary showcase" for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The culinary showcase is located in the dining room where staff members prepare and serve your menu selections. Students get to choose from a variety of toppings and accompaniments to complement their meal, and since the showcase options are so versatile, the creations are endless! One can expect to see selections like a wok, stir fry, or sauté' station, carving station, pasta bar, soup/noodle bar, waffle, pancake, French toast station, pizza, create-your-own bars and more!
Prospect also features an extensive salad bar where students and guests can create endless combinations of salads with over 55 items from which to choose for their salad creations every day.
