Inclusiveness Initiatives Fund

The Inclusiveness Initiatives Fund was established following a recommendation of the report of the Presidential Commission on Diverse Community (DCC report). It is designed to support innovation around the objectives of the DCC report, and particularly to enhance "the role diversity plays in our work environment, our community, and especially in the curricular and co-curricular dimensions of our students' education."

All members of the community - students, staff, and faculty - are invited to submit proposals for funding. Proposals are reviewed twice each semester (for projects scheduled for the current semester or the following semester).

Please consult the proposal review criteria for information on how the committee evaluates IIF proposals. Due to limited funds, the committee will normally award a successful proposal a maximum of $200-$500.

In an effort to be more equitable to all applicants, the MCCL has increased the number of deadlines for proposal applications to twice a semester (four per year).
