Get Involved

Embedding environmental sustainability in all campus operations requires input and active participation from across campus. The Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee provides oversight for the program. As part of the College's 2011 strategic planning process, the Steering Committee developed Strategic Planning Recommendations to guide environmental sustainability efforts over the next five years.

We also have student ECO-Reps and a residence hall Green Living Council to increase student awareness of campus environmental sustainability and the critical part they play in making it happen.

The Director of Environmental Health and Safety serves as the campus Environmental Sustainability Coordinator.

We welcome any level of involvement, please submit ideas for making Mount Holyoke a 'greener' campus. You can also email Environmental Sustainability with comments or suggestions.
