Event Services

COVID-Update 1/13/2021: Willits-Hallowell Conference Center and Hotel will continue to be used as student space this spring semester. As a result, the hotel and event spaces will continue to be closed for campus community events and public use through late spring. We hope to resume full operations as soon as possible. Conference Services

Conference Services is the support team for numerous camps, conferences and programs held on the Mount Holyoke College campus each summer. Conference Services works to ensure the success of these summer programs through coordination of facilities use, meals and other special needs of each program.

Event Services

Event Services acts as the liaison between campus service departments and the greater campus community. We reserve campus spaces during the academic year for co-curricular events and coordinate services such as media and Facilities Management needs. The Event Services Office also provides publicity for events by posting to the MHC Events Calendar and the Five College Calendar.

Willits-Hallowell Conference Center

The Willits-Hallowell Conference Center is a year-round, full-service conference and banquet facility for use by the Mount Holyoke community, members of the Five College consortium, and other organizations whose event is not-for-profit in nature, or of educational benefit. The Willits-Hallowell Center offers several meeting and dining rooms as well as 20 overnight guestrooms.
