Maimuna Ahmad (Class of 2009) is a Bangladeshi-American educator and entrepreneur, who in 2012 founded Teach For Bangladesh, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing educational disparities.

Modeled after Teach For America, Teach For Bangladesh (TFB) aims to harness and develop the talent of top Bangladeshi graduates to expanding educational opportunities for all children.

In 2014, Maimuna was selected for the prestigious “Ananya Shirsho Dosh” award by Ananya magazine, naming her as one of ten exceptional women making an impact in Bangladesh.
