We analyze temporal and spatial molecular data in a crowded environment. The data is obtained via enhanced two dimensional lattice gas automata stochastic simulations of the Michaelis-Menten reaction mechanism in diffusion-limited conditions. Our analysis shows that the density and size of crowding molecules affect diffusion and first- and second- order reaction rates. We also find that molecular rotations and weak force interactions among molecules lead to a significant decay in fractal-like kinetics, a generalized mass action kinetics with time-dependent rates.
