Amir Issaa was born and raised in Rome in the Torpignattara district, the son of an Egyptian immigrant an Italian woman, he approached the hip-hop culture in the nineties, first as a breaker and then as a writer in the historic Capitoline Crew The Riot Vandals and the chance meeting with this culture saved him from the pitfalls of life in the suburbs, and the discomfort caused by many family problems. Rap became a positive outlet, and thanks to this music Issaa found the strength to tell the world of his difficult experiences.

After several self-productions and collaborations with the best-known names of the Italian rap scene, in 2005 he began working on his first solo album " Uomo di Prestigio", produced by the independent Canadian label Prestigio Records and subsequently published by EMI / Virgin in July 2006. from the hit single Shimi, enjoying great success.

Hence his career took a turn from what was a simple passion into a real profession, publishing over the years dozens of projects between mixtapes and official albums, including songs like Innox or Five in the morning, considered by lovers of rap as the real "classics" of Rap Italian.  Its mix of credibility, direct and deep texts, and street attitude make him an authentic and unique artist.
