Refund and Cancellation Policy
Should you decide not to attend the program after having paid your tuition, notify WAILD staff immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your decision to withdraw. All withdrawals must be submitted in writing. The Withdrawal Notification Date is the date that withdrawal notification is received by WAILD.
Refunds are allocated depending on the Withdrawal Notification Date. The refund schedule is listed below. There will be no refunds for participants who voluntarily leave the WAILD program for any reason. This includes participants who are dismissed from the program for violating any program policies.
The $750 enrollment deposit is not refundable.

Mount Holyoke Extension reserves the right to cancel the WALID program due to insufficient enrollment. Should the WAILD be canceled because of insufficient enrollment, all enrollment deposits received before the announcement of program cancellation will be refunded in full.
