The Facilities Management office has a professional and dedicated staff. This office is responsible for a variety of tasks and strives to provide excellent customer service. We handle more than 18,000 phone calls annually and more than 12,000 service requests sent to our diligent group of 130+ employees. In addition to daily service requests, we process payroll and billing for our department , as well as, oversee a wide variety of events while managing excellent lines of communication. We coordinate scheduled and emergency situations with our team and local authorities to ensure the safety and well being of our students, faculty and staff. To provide great service to the Mount Holyoke College community we work closely with our Director of Facilities Management and Planning, Associate Director and Chief Engineer, Assistant Directors, supervisors and staff.
