How do I request special accommodations?

If you have general questions, or require services because of a disability or special need, please call 413-538-2478 by Friday, September 19, to make arrangements.

Can we meet with AccessAbility Services?

Unfortunately, additional meetings for families wishing to make reservations with AccessAbility Services cannot be accommodated during the weekend. Please contact 413-538-2634 to arrange a meeting some other time.

How do I purchase meals when I visit?

Meal tickets for the Shabbat dinner, the Family and Friends gracious dinner, and Sunday brunch should be purchased at the Welcome Center. All other meals can be purchased at the dining halls. Cash and checks are accepted. For additional information, please visit the Family and Friends Weekend Dining page.

Where is the Welcome Center located?

The Welcome Center is located in the heart of campus in the Blanchard Campus Center. Hours are 10:00 am–8:00 pm on Friday, and 8:30 am–4:00 pm on Saturday. General directions to Blanchard and visitor parking information can be found here

Do I have to register or visit the Welcome Center?

No. However, visiting the Welcome Center may benefit you, as it is a place to pick up brochures about the local area, speak to Family and Friends Weekend volunteers, or buy meal tickets for the Family and Friends gracious dinner, Shabbat dinner, and Sunday brunch. But if you do not want to attend any of those events, you can skip the Welcome Center entirely. Food for other meals may be purchased at the dining hall with cash or check.

Am I required to arrive on Friday?

No! Come whenever you wish, and stay as long as you like.

Where can I park?

Throughout the weekend, guests may park in faculty/staff spaces without a pass between 5:00 pm and 7:00 am, Monday–Friday or on weekends (until 7:00 am Monday).  Visitors may also park in the Gorse or Equestrian Center parking lots. Please note that vistor parking at the Willits-Hallowell Conference Center is reserved for those visiting the center.
