Awards For Students Of Non-Traditional Age, Or Students Returning To College After a Hiatus

Talbots Women's Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to women residing in the U.S. who are seeking a college degree and who earned their high school diploma or GED at least 10 years ago. Five women will each be awarded $10,000 scholarships and 50 women will each be awarded $1,000 scholarships. All applicants must be seeking an undergraduate degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or vocational-technical school. Scholarship awards are based primarily on financial need and previous achievements. Deadline: application materials become available in the fall. Only the first 1000 applications are processed, so apply early.
