Financial Services

Financial Services is located on the lower level of Skinner Hall, and is part of the Finance and Administration Division.  It encompasses the offices of the Comptroller and the Associate Treasurer. 

The Comptroller is responsible for:

  • accounts payable
  • accounts receivable (non-student)
  • cashiering
  • general accounting
  • purchasing
  • purchasing cards
  • trusts and estates

The Associate Treasurer oversees:

  • cash management
  • shared appreciation mortgage program
  • gift and investment accounting
  • grant and tax accounting
  • local real estate
  • operating budget
  • rental housing
