My name is Laura Steglich and I am an international student from Germany. I transferred from Bunker Hill Community College in Boston to Mount Holyoke College in the fall of 2012. I major in History with a focus on the Early Modern Era and World War II, and with a minor in French. I am a Frances Perkins student living on campus and during my junior year at Mount Holyoke, I applied to a Graduate Program for a Master of Public Policy, which the University of Massachusetts Amherst offers to the Five College Students. I am currently in my first year of Graduate Studies, while simultaneously finishing up my senior year as an undergrad. I am part of the Mount Holyoke Outing Club and during the weekends, I take the PVTA to Amherst and Northampton to enjoy some Starbucks and Civilization.
