  • Recipient of the 2003-04 Dr Jean Mayer Global Citizenship Award by the Institute for Global Leadership (IGL) at Tufts University
  • Frequent contributor to international journals and newspapers like Foreign Affairs and The Financial Times
  • Masters in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, Canada, First Class honors degree in Philosophy from the University of Singapore
