Peer advisors with prior experience learning abroad are available for consultations with students considering study, research, or internships abroad.
In weekly office hours each semester, these peer advisors can help you think about:
- What kind of experience would best fit your academic and professional goals;
- Which factors you should consider in weighing your learning abroad options;
- How you should go about planning for your learning abroad experience; and
- Who else you should talk with.
Peer advisors also hold conversations with students who have returned to campus following their time abroad, helping them unpack their experiences, re-acclimate to campus, and envision ways to academically and professionally build on their time abroad.
For the Fall 2017 semester, the Peer Advisors and their hours are:
Hoa Nguyen - Sundays from 2-3pm in the Library Atrium
Christina Elder - Tuesdays from 7-8pm in the lower level Blanchard info desk
