Employee Discounts Application Form

Thank you for your interest in offering discounts to Mount Holyoke College employees!

To be considered for inclusion on the HR Vendor Discount page, please complete the online application form below.

This discount page will be used to promote local vendors who

  • Have a connection to the MHC community
  • Provide goods and services directly (not aggregators)
  • Do not offer goods and services that directly compete with other benefits and services offered and vetted by the college (for example, financial advisers) 

The Human Resources Benefits Department will review the application and provide notification of approval status. This application should not be regarded as an agreement without the consent of both parties. If the application is approved, these conditions will be valid until the end of the fiscal year (June 30th of every year). Continuation of these conditions will be effective as of July of every year conditional to the consent of both parties.

The contact person's name will appear on our website and might be contacted by our employees in case they have questions about the discount or the services.
Specify if employees will be required to show an ID, or if discounts apply only for cash purchases or over a specific % of purchase
