Employee Orientation Group Information Sessions
Based on feedback provided by the community, the Human Resources Department is pleased to offer monthly sessions for new and “not so new” employees. Each session will consist of two parts: Part 1 (9:00- 10:00 am) will be the same for each meeting and will provide an overview of the college, its structure and important traditions and policies. Part 2 (10:00 - 11:00 am) will provide more in depth information about a specific topic. We encourage all employees to consider attending. E4 Health Online Seminar: "The Importance of Having a Will"
There is much confusion about what you need to do preserve your wealth and end-of-life intentions. This webinar will focus on understanding basic will terminology, understanding why a will is important, the cost of wills and estate planning, and the pros and cons of various will options.
Amherst College, Smith College, and UMass Amherst offer a variety of training and development opportunities to their employees, some of which are open to Five College participants. All full-time and part-time staff and faculty at Mount Holyoke College, along with the other Five Colleges, are invited to participate in training and development workshops.
