COFHE

Consortium on Financing Higher Education

Mount Holyoke College is a member of the Consortium on Financing Higher Education (COFHE). Established in 1974, COFHE was originally established to examine financial issues although its mission has now expanded to include many other aspects of higher education. Currently, thirty-one private colleges and universities belong to COFHE and participate actively in the research and other projects of the Consortium.

COFHE coordinates surveys among the member institutions; some annually and some on a periodic basis. Mount Holyoke College participates in the COFHE Senior Survey annually, the Enrolled Student Survey, the PULSE Survey, the New Student Survey, the Alumnae Survey, and the Parent Survey.
