Video and Multimedia Production

LITS supports video production and editing and other digital media (audio, images, etc.) in our mediated workspace called the MEWS. The MEWS is available to all students, faculty and staff whenever the LITS complex is open.

All of the Mac workstations in the MEWS have multimedia capabilities for simple digital video editing. In addition, there is a Multimedia Teaching Area with eight workstations and two plasma screens dedicated to working on and teaching more complex video production, animation, and audio mixing.
