Computer Purchase & Installation Requests

All MHC faculty and staff desktop computers are replaced on a 4-5 year rotation plan according to our Computer Replacement Support Strategy.  Each year, LITS purchases standard supported desktop and laptop hardware to replace computers that have reached the end of their rotation time on campus. 

Faculty and staff members who need to request a computer that differs from our current hardware standards and/or who need to request a new computer purchase outside the standard rotation plan, should fill out and submit this Computer Special Request Form.
