You need to sign into the password profile page in order change your MHC password.
You can use the self-service password reset by clicking on HELP With Username or Password. This link will allow you to send a recovery password to your designated alternate email address.

The LITS helpdesk will have to contact you through an email address or phone number that we already have on file. Please call us at 413-538-2600 and we will verify information. The procedure is then to return contact at a number or alternate email address that is on file with a one-day passphrase.
