MHC's Rachootin Teaches in One Day U.

Professor of biological sciences Stan P. Rachootin will take part in One Day University, a program designed to give postcollege adults an opportunity to explore current academic topics. Rachootin will teach a class in natural history titled The Education of Charles Darwin: How a Scientific Revolution Was Born during a daylong session scheduled March 1 in Rye Brook, New York.
One Day University, a subsidiary of Educational Media Group, features award-winning professors from leading colleges and universities and gives people a chance to return to the classroom learning experience without making a semesterlong commitment. Classes provide a look at the latest thinking in world affairs, science, politics, history, art, literature, and more in classes offered at various East Coast locations. The March 1 session also includes classes in literature, history, and neuroscience.
