MHC's Susan Barry Appears on International Television

MHC professor of biological sciences Susan R. Barry has recently discussed her experience in recovering three-dimensional vision on three highly respected international programs in the United Kingdom, Spain, and the United States.

Barry, the author of Fixing My Gaze, was featured in a June 28 segment of the BBC ONE documentary Imagine: The Man Who Forgot How to Read and Other Stories, a program about The Mind's Eye, a book written by noted neurologist Oliver Sacks. On June 29, she was featured in an episode of the Science Channel's Through the Wormhole titled "Are There More Than Three Dimensions?" Both programs are now available for viewing on YouTube. (See links below.)

Barry was also the featured guest for the June 12 episode of the Spanish science program REDES. Fixing My Gaze is currently being translated into Spanish.

See if you can spot the scenes shot in South Hadley and Boston in these programs!
