Oxygen Network Program Features MHC Athletics

"A Touch Of Class", an in-depth look at women's collegiate athletics on the Oxygen cable network, features a seven-minute segment on Mount Holyoke. This segment, "A Day in the Life," takes the viewer from a 6am crew practice to a 10am equestrian practice, 1pm on the golf course, and finally a field hockey match in the late afternoon. During this visit, Oxygen talked to five students, three coaches, and Athletic Director Laurie Priest. In addition, "A Touch Of Class" features a segment on Title IX, with comments from Laurie Priest and crew coach Jeanne Friedman. The program airs on Sunday, December 10, from 5pm to 7pm eastern time on the Oxygen Network, which is available on many cable systems nationwide and also through Direct TV.
