Professor Wartenberg on Film As Philosophy

The Magazine and Journal Reader section of the June 2 Chronicle of Higher Education highlights an introduction in The Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism by Thomas Wartenberg, professor of philosophy, and Murray Smith, professor of film studies at the University of Kent. Wartenberg and Smith consider the question of whether film can embody philosophy.
