Celebration in honor of astronaut Dan Barry of South Hadley. Parade from St. Theresa's parking lot on Parkview Drive (off Mosier Street) to Gettell Amphitheater; activities on Skinner Green and in Carr and Clapp Laboratories; autographs, slide presentation, and exhibit at Chapin Auditorium; videotape of Barry's shuttle launch played continuously in Gamble Auditorium. All members of the MHC community welcome to participate. The five entrances to the College will be blocked to incoming traffic; the inner campus and parking areas near the amphitheater will be closed to vehicles; all vehicles parked in Porter parking lots and along Gateway Road from 11 pm Friday to 4 pm Saturday will be towed. 11 am- 4 pm.
