Parents, guardians, and other guests are invited to join the AccessAbility Services staff and Carol Stewart, ombudsperson, for dinner and conversation. We will discuss strategies for supporting your student’s transition and encouraging self-advocacy.

We invite students and guests to mingle around the fire before turning in. There will be s’mores and an informal closing.

Join Lynn Pasquerella, president; Chuck Ramsay, director of international Advancement; Elizabeth Dumont-McCaffrey, assistant director of Admission; Donna Van Handle, dean of international students; and Jenny Medina, immigration specialist, for an introduction to life at MHC.

Lunch with Peer Mentors
Students will have lunch at a campus meal center with peer mentors. For guests, the Village Commons (across the street) offers a variety of delicious, quick, and affordable options.

Residence Halls Open/Residential Students Check-in
Room keys and the Orientation Schedule are available under the Welcome Tent, located on Skinner Green. If arriving after 11:00am, pick up your key in Room 226, Blanchard Campus Center, until 8:00 pm. If you are arriving after hours, contact Campus Police at 413-538-2304.

International Students: Student Financial Services Session
Gamble Auditorium, Art Building ♿
Representatives from Student Financial Services will explain financial aid and the regulations concerning Global Loans. Students will fill out required paperwork. If you are not on financial aid and don’t have a Global Loan, please speak with your ISOC mentor.
